We provide web development, hosting, and related services to businesses primarily located in the St. Louis region. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Custom website development
- Web hosting
- Content management system (Directus) access
- Analytics services (Matomo)
- SEO tracking (SERPBear)
3. Payment and Billing
3.1 Payment Terms
- All payments must be made through our approved payment processor (Stripe)
- Website development fees are due as specified in your individual contract
- Hosting fees are billed monthly or annually, as agreed upon in your service plan
- All fees are in US dollars
3.2 Refund Policy
- We maintain a strict no-refund policy for both hosting payments and website development fees
- All sales are final
- Service charges are non-refundable even if services are discontinued before the end of a billing period
4. Service Cancellation
You may cancel hosting services through any of the following methods:

Please note:
- Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period
- A 30-day notice is required for service cancellation
- Upon cancellation, you are responsible for backing up your data
5. Content and Compliance Requirements

Your website content and business operations must comply with:
- All applicable United States federal laws
- State and local regulations
- Stripe's Terms of Service (available at stripe.com/legal)
5.2 Prohibited Content
You may not use our services for:
- Illegal goods or services
- Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Fraudulent or misleading business practices
- Content that promotes hate speech or discrimination
- Any activities prohibited by Stripe's acceptable use policy
5.3 Content Responsibility
- You maintain full responsibility for your website's content
- We reserve the right to suspend services if your content violates these terms
- We are not responsible for any legal consequences arising from your content
6. Service Level Agreement
6.1 Uptime Commitment
- We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for hosting services
- Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance
- Emergency maintenance may be performed without notice
6.2 Technical Support
- Support tickets can be submitted via:
- Email to our support address
- Client web portal
- Service charges may apply for each support ticket
- Response times vary based on issue severity
- Support hours are during regular business hours
- Emergency support is available for critical issues
7. Data and Privacy
7.1 Data and Code Ownership
- You retain full ownership of all your content and data
- You may request complete copies of your data at any time
- You have the right to request your website's full source code
- Excludes platform service source code and proprietary systems
- Includes all custom code developed specifically for your site
- We maintain backups for service reliability
- You are responsible for maintaining your own backups
7.2 Privacy
All privacy-related matters are governed by our separate Privacy Policy document, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
8. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to:
- Modify these Terms with notice
- Update our services and features
- Adjust pricing with 30 days notice
- Discontinue services with appropriate notice
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Service Warranty
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
9.2 Limitation of Damages
We are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Lost profits or business interruption
